Stuart Bruce is internationally recognised as PR futurist who is a pioneer in modernised public relations, corporate communications and public affairs. Stuart’s main areas of expertise are public relations strategy, measurement and evaluation, crisis communications and the selection and implementation of public relations technology – PRtech.
He is one of the world’s few chartered public relations practitioners and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and served as a board director from 2017-19. He is a fellow of the International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communications (AMEC). Stuart is a member of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) and sits on its national council.
Stuart works with companies and governments all over the world and some of the places he’s worked include India, Australia, Dubai, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and most countries in Europe.
Outside of work he’s a dad, husband and dog owner. He’s also an active public servant and spent seven years as an elected local councillor. Stuart has also worked at a national level acting as director of communications and strategy for two senior UK government cabinet ministers.
For fun and relaxation Stuart enjoys reading historical fiction and playing his favourite PC and Xbox games – Total War and Assassin’s Creed. He’s also a gadget fan and currently uses a Surface Laptop 3, Samsung Note 9 and iPad Air (despite not being an iOS fan he needs to know how it works!).
